On May 14 the junior high had the honor to see the middle school choir perform at our school. They sung several modern pop songs and some old timey songs that were dedicated to the police officer in there school. Such wonderful thought was put into this concert! I can't wait to see more next year.

This play by our Junior High students was amazing! There were many different scenes that were funny and made us all laugh. the play was on may 9th, 10th and the 11th. Witten by Reese Thiebaud, Caleb Meyer, Paige Lybbert
On May 7th we had some of the drama club from the high school come to our school and they performed a scene from there most recent performance "Clue". They also gave some wonderful tips and tricks about how to be a good audience, auditions, and more. We had a wonderful time hearing there stories and watching them perform. Can't wait to see more from them!
Written by Peyton Murray and Elena Rognon Our 7th and 8th grade track team competed against Eagle Rock, Sandcreek, and Mountain View yesterday at Madison High School. Our boys team took first place overall and our girls take 3rd. Good job! In girls high jump Lydia warden took first with a height of 3 10'. Our boys 4x200 and 4x100 relay team took 1st also. The throwing events were canceled due to the snow.
The Madison junior varsity track team had a home meet on Thursday April 18th 2024. They had pole vault, hurdles, 100, 400 and more. In the 200 Moise Joos won his heat. Kayden Wadsworth got fourth in his heat. Anne Madsen just got over the 7/8 pole vault. The teams were supportive of each other and it was a great turn out for the audience.
Written by: Lily Jensen and Jaymie Haderlie April 17th 2024, the 7th and 8th graders had a mock meet. Their original meet was canceled due to weather. They did all events except relays. Jillian Brown got second place in the 400. Amayas Abrams got fourth place in the 400 as well. The 7th and 8th grade team was very supportive to their teammates. It was snowing and cold but people still seemed to have fun.

Some of the pitchers were Boston Abrams and Russell Noack, the team work and support from these boys definitely had an effect on the playing the support you hear in the dug-outs is awesome, It was a very close game for the boys but they pulled through and took the win, good work and keep it up!

The high school performed their hip hop, contemporary, pom, and military, and the Jr. high performed their hip hop, jazz, military, and pom, with both of the teams showcasing solos. Afterwards they had a drill down. The dancers worked so hard during the season and all that hard work wasn't for nothing! They did an amazing job and had a spectacular season!
