​We all are tired sometimes
The things that happen
Get us down 
They make us cry
They make us frown
They make us want to stop
They make us slow
They make us want to stop
We all just want to rest then
But we still persevere
We look to the sky
We look to the future
Walk away from the past
We chose to stand up
And go forward 
We try to move on
Sometimes we can’t 
Sometimes we stop
Just done

The sky falls
The ground quakes
And the seas boils
We fall to the ground
Sometimes we wait
We sit and watch
As the world goes by
But then that person comes
The one who wants to help
The kind one
The caring one
The loving one
The helping one
They ask us to walk with them
To come with them
They help us up from the floor
They help us stand
They care for us
They make us care
They help us to stumble
They make us glad
They make us feel welcome
They help us to walk
They help us to feel safe
They help us to talk
They help us to run
They help us to feel
They send us this message
