Want to be an office aid?

 There are lots of fun electives here at the Madison jr high one of them is office aid. This class seemed so awesome that I thought of interviewing a few students taking the class. When I asked them what their favorite part about being an office aide was, they responded with “ I love seeing the parents, especially if you know the kid.” Another responded with “It teaches us people skills and how to communicate with adults.” Some of the responsibilities of the office aids are checking students out, answering phone calls, delivering notes, taking out the trash and apparently teasing Mrs. Thompson. Some students like the class purely because it is not math. They all recommend being an office aid because you really get to see how the office works. Mrs. Clark in the office said “ we couldn't do it without them!” The office aid is available for all ninth graders,  talk to the office if you would like to be an office aid.
