If you are a ninth grader with good grades, Mr. Mitchell is looking for a TA. Please see him if you would like to be his TA. Here is what’s going on in sports. The wrestling team has a duel tonight here at the junior high. It starts at 4:30. Come support our wrestling team as they take on Shelley. Tomorrow, the girls basketball teams will all play in Blackfoot. Good luck, girls! The tryouts for the freshmen boys basketball team will start today! Right after school, at 2:45 p.m, tryouts will begin here in the gym. They will continue on Saturday from 8:00 -10:00 a.m. The Annual Career Art Contest is now accepting art submissions for the 1st Trimester. All art needs to be submitted to Mr. Allison or Mrs. Gomez by the end of the trimester.  There will be prizes awarded to the top 3 in each grade.  If you have any questions ask Mr. Allison or Mrs. Gomez. This announcement is from the Madison Library. They are having a writing contest and the winner can win $100! You can enter by writing a story about what you LOVE about the Madison Library. The deadline is November 30. Go to the public library for more details. Last but not least, remember to bring in those cans of food for the food drive! The boxes to donate are located outside the front office! The principals are counting on you so they don’t have to get pied in the face!
